- Key Tasks and Activities:
To manage overall operation of Cafeteria.
- Managing & monitoring day-to-day operations of the cafeteria including and not limited to F&B service.
To support the customer for query.- To ensure smooth functioning of operation of cafeteria.
Quick decision maker.
- To make daily MIS & daily reporting to head office.
Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
Ability to handle conflict professionally- Professional Conduct and respect for co-workers
Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
