Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Use coffee equipment to make coffee.
Assist customers with their orders, serve them, and make recommendations. Maintain the POS by entering orders. Handle customer transactions and engage with customers. -Maintain accounts and ensure the cafe is stocked by managing inventory and co-ordinating with suppliers.
- Ensure smooth operation of the cafe and proactively identify any issues.
- Work together with chefs and other staff while maintaining a healthy team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Coffee passion (experience preferred).
- Customer service skills. - Cafe management( experience preferred).
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
