Cafe Chef Barista

We are seeking a talented and versatile **Cafe Chef Barista** to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. This dual-role position requires a professional who excels in both coffee preparation and culinary skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Beverage Creation:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, frappes, and soda-based coffees.

- Craft and present mocktails, smoothies, and boba tea with creativity and flair and must know how to make whip cream.

- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and related equipment to ensure consistent quality.

- **Culinary Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a range of quick-service dishes, including sandwiches, whipped cream pasta, and fries.

- Ensure that all food items are made with the highest quality ingredients and presented attractively.

- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep up with market trends and customer preferences.

- **Customer Interaction:**

- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and making personalized menu recommendations.

- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- **Market Awareness:**

- Stay informed about current food and beverage trends to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitive offerings.

- **Inventory and Stock Management:**

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.

- Manage food and beverage stock efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.

- **Health and Safety:**

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards in both beverage preparation and culinary operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a barista and chef, with expertise in both areas.

- Strong skills in coffee brewing techniques and culinary arts.
