  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Cafe Staff:Assign tasks and responsibilities to cafe staff.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure that the cafe provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patrons.

  • Operational Efficiency:Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the cafe.
Ensure the cafe is adequately staffed during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the cafe floor.

  • Quality Control:Ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks of food and beverages.
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas.

  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a cafe or similar food service establishment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • 00 - 26,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
