Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CAE Moldflow Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding analysis, specifically with Autodesk Moldflow, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in optimizing design and manufacturing processes for home appliances, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct injection molding analysis using Autodesk Moldflow to improve design, reduce cycle time, and enhance product performance.
- Interpret analysis results and collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to implement improvements.
- Troubleshoot molding issues and recommend design changes or material adjustments as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on analysis outcomes, including suggestions for material selection and process optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet manufacturing standards and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding analysis using Autodesk Moldflow.
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, molding processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
Location Requirements:
- This is a Noida-based position. Candidates should be able to work onsite as required.
