Position: FEA Engineer
Job Location: Hinjewadi Pune
Educational Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/Automobile engineering or equivalent
Minimum years of experience 3-4 years of relevant experience in FEA of structural & vibration analysis
Nature of experience Automotive/Electric Vehicle Domain Skills Required:
- Strong CAE/FEA fundamentals
- Good knowledge in FE preprocessing and analysis softwares like Abaqus, FE-Safe, Hypermesh, SimLab or equivalent.
- Knowledge of any optimization tools like Tosca, Isight, OptiStruct will be added advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good Team Player, Positive Attitude and Disciplined
- Experience of working in automotive sector. Experience of Engine and EV products simulations will be of added advantage. Job Description / Responsibilities
- Create the FEA models as per standard guidelines.
- Perform structural and vibration analysis of component, sub-system and assembly.
- Perform correlation analysis with field/experimental data.
- Create good quality reports that can be easily interpreted.
- Evaluate the analysis performance vs. targets.
- Use engineering techniques, hand calculations, etc.
- Take ownership for quality work and timely defect free deliveries.
