Job Description
We are currently seeking a CAE engineer for structural analysis and durability simulation. The Engineer will work closely with the engineering design team, testing vendors to proactively identify issues and develop solutions .
- Meshing and assembly of various vehicle systems (Preprocessing in sub system and full vehicle level)
- Good knowledge of using various connectors, joints and contacts
- Strong knowledge of strength of materials
- Apply CAE principles to evaluate chassis and other sub systems
- Modal analysis, Frequency response analysis and static structural analysis
- Having Good idea about Non linear analysis
- Formulation of durability simulations
- Generate documents, and results and propose recommendations to design teams for improvements to achieve product targets
- Independently work and implement projects on timeline
- Knowledge in MBD Simulations will be an added advantage
