Description

We are looking for a skilled Chartered Accountant with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CA certification is mandatory.
  • 3-7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
