Role: C++ Project Manager
We can have 75% Technical and 25% Management (Scrum of Scrums)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- In addition to below skills he needs to have agile and scrum team management experience.
- Ability to install and configure additional software and packages on Linux primarily those needed for coding, testing, dumping memory footprint, debugging etc.
- Ability to develop and triage on Linux
- Ability to setup Linux IDE
- Ability to integrate IDE with Source Code system such as Clearcase
- Ability to debug, test, compile and rerun the modified executables on Linux OS
- Ability to code and test in C++.
- Nice to have docker knowledge and ability to deploy containers and software in it
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
