Job Description

Design, implement and bug fix components/features of a NGM Financial model & models in C++.

  1. Understand the Requirements, Design, Implement and Unit Test the components/features of NGM Financial model & models
  2. Interface with various teams such as Research, Product Management, SDG and QA
  3. Needs to be Hands-on

Qualifications

B Tech or M Tech in CS or IT

Total Experience: 4-6 years

Must have skills:

  1. Strong Programming skills in C++ and STL
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong in algorithms and data structures
  4. Strong in program design techniques and performance optimization techniques in particular.
  5. Experience in multi-threading and parallel computing application development
  6. Good in software effort estimation and scheduling
  7. Ability to work independently with less supervision
  8. Good communication skills
  9. Experience in developing Windows-based commercial software in a product company
  10. Familiarity with Agile process
  11. Enthusiasm, energy, and creativeness
  12. Possess a positive attitude and ability to multi-task, stay organized in a dynamic teamwork environment

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience in Product companies
  2. Working knowledge of SQL
  3. Knowledge of .NET framework with C#
  4. Should be able to understand and implement mathematical algorithms
  5. Should possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
