Job Title: Software Developer

Main Duties:

Consulting for Requirements/Specifications

Develop solutions for specified requirements

Functional testing of developed solutions

Quality & Code-Checks

Guidance for User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Document developed solutions (in-code/wiki/)

Daily SCRUM Meeting / Bi-Weekly Sprint Review & Planning

Exchange with Bhler Headquarter (open for travel)

Area of Responsibility/ Skills:

Software design and development for Quotation Process

Skilled with C# and well-versed in its ecosystems

Ability to write clear, legible C# code

Developing database models to represent and support business operations

Design, develop, test and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, stored procedures and user-defined functions) to support development projects

Ability to write performant queries and conduct performance reviews and tunings on database objects

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science / software development.

Areas of Expertise:

Relevant Experience: 4 to 8 years

Experience in Quotation Process, Cost & Price Calculations

Experience with GUI framework WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)

Data Base Technology: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services

Interfaces: REST, SOAP, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

Experience in the machine and plant industry

Project Management expertise

Experience in Business Process Modelling & Training

Very good knowledge of English verbal and written
