We are seeking a skilled and experienced C++ Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a strong background in C++ programming. As a C++ Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students and professionals, helping them to enhance their programming skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on C++ programming for students and professionals.
Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assignments.- Conduct classroom and online training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.
Assess trainees progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C++ and incorporate new techniques and tools into the training curriculum.
Provide one-on-one guidance and mentoring to trainees as needed.- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training methodologies and content.
Assist in curriculum development and course planning.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new trainees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a C++ programmer, with a deep understanding of C++ language features, libraries, and tools.- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a formal or informal setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, including version control systems, debugging, and testing.- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
