Job Description:
Drive C&B digitization across various verticals.
Work with C&B functional team and the IT technical team to bridge the functional requirement understanding
Create program plans and track it to closure with relevant teams.
Facilitate the overall digitization
Mandatory Skills -
HRIS Business analysis skills, Program Management, C&B digitization, HR background
Education:
Bachelors or Master's degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
