Key Responsibilities
P&L Management, Buying & Merchandising
- Monthly Sales & Operations Plan
- Category & Brand Growth Plans/Growth Drivers
- Assortment Plan (Category, Brand, Brick, Season level)
- Competition Survey, Market Analysis and Benchmarking
- Data Analysis & Insights for Assortment Plans & Sales Execution
- Buying Bets, Sales and Inventory Management
- Own catalogue content Drive via internal catalogue & marketing teams
- Drive better conversions through catalogue improvement & enhancement
- Returns Analysis, Insights and improvement
- Catalogue Maximization- Go-Live and Non-live follow ups to avoid sales loss
- Own catalogue content creation - lead catalogue photoshoot & content creation via internal catalogue & marketing teams
- Drive better conversions through catalogue improvement & enhancement basis customer insights
- Inventory Health, flow and DOH management for the category
- Category-Brand Health- Sell Through, Ageing, DOH, Buy-Sale Mix
- Coordination with Marketing, Sales & Ops team for monthly sales plan and execution
- Sales, Buy and Inventory metrics tracking and management
- -Stakeholder management
- New Project Initiatives for category growth, profitability improvement
Key Skills/ Tools:
- Experience in Fashion Retail/ E-Commerce/ Sports Wear
- Strong Business Acumen with excellent Analytical & Problem Solving Skills. Strong in numbers and interpreting data
- Strong skills in cross functional stakeholder management
