The Buyer Inside Sales Executive is part of the Buyer Inside Sales Specialist team. Their primary task is to contact educational institutions nationwide, including owners and key decision-makers, to secure sign-ups for our buyer application. They aim to convince educational institutions to utilize our platform to post their requirements. In addition to sign-ups, they are responsible for generating education administration data for the assigned markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact educational institutions nationwide, including owners and key decision-makers, to promote our buyer application.
- Persuade educational institutions to utilize our platform for posting their requirements and facilitate the buying process.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Generate education administration data for the assigned markets by collecting relevant information from educational institutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and educational market dynamics.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Sales Manager to improve sales techniques and processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
