Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butler/House Manager located in Chennai. As a Butler/House Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various household tasks and staff members. This includes overseeing daily operations, supervising domestic staff, organizing events and parties, managing household budgets, maintaining inventories, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will also be responsible for specific areas like wardrobe management, ensuring proper care and upkeep of clothing and garments, and table management, overseeing table settings and service etiquette for all dining occasions. Additionally, you will be adept at providing related services that cater to the specific needs of the household.

• Proven experience in managing and supervising domestic staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Knowledge of household management best practices, including wardrobe management and table management practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required

Salary

• The salary for this position is competitive and ranges between 50,000 and 70,000 per month (subject to experience and qualifications).
