Position : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of creating awareness and developing the customer base for the HealthLand Clinic.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare domain, coupled with a passion for children's well-being, to drive meaningful relationships and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Growth & Sales: Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with schools and corporates, ensuring that the company meets its growth targets.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including RWAs,Nearby schools, corporate HR, and health & wellness leads.
- Market Analysis: Regularly research, analyze, and understand market trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas of investment to position our services effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to design campaigns, offers, and pitches tailored for the target audience.
- Feedback & Improvements: Collect feedback from clients to continually refine and improve the service offerings.
- Training & Presentations: Organize workshops and seminars to increase awareness of the importance of early pediatric screenings.
- Reporting: Regularly update senior management on business development activities and successes. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields. Master's/MBA would be a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or sales in the healthcare sector.- in retail clinics, maternity hospitals etc
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of pediatric healthcare services.
- Existing relationships with residential complexes, schools etc in Whitefield
- Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and sales progress
