Job Title: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic is a plus.
- Preference will be given to male candidates for this role.
