Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate Intern will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role involves research, market analysis, and assisting in the development of proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
l Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as online research, social media, and networking.
l Client Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our EdTech solutions.
l Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and understand the needs of potential clients in the education sector.
l Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
l Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
l Data Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
l Follow-Up: Assist in following up with potential clients to provide additional information and address any queries.
l Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
l Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and sales teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
l Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
l Strong interest in business development and sales in the EdTech sector.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
l Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
l Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
