We are now seeking a highly motivated Business Value Lead to develop and execute strategies to extract maximum value from data for our business stakeholders. Showcasing the transformative power of data you will quantify the value of strategic data initiatives delivering measurable financial and operational impact and communicate their success to stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment: Lead the development of comprehensive strategies to unlock and maximize the value of data assets, aligning closely with the objectives of the company's data and business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data assets to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  
• Framework Development and Prioritization: Develop and implement data value realization frameworks, methodologies, and tools to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives. Incl. key metrics and indicators that will track the success of data initiatives across various business units. Serve as a subject matter expert on data value realization best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  
• Collaboration and Implementation: Work closely with data governance, engineering, analytics, and automation & AI teams to ensure alignment between data strategy and technical implementation.
  
• Performance Measurement, Communication and Optimization: Monitor and measure the impact of data value realization initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Communicate the realized value of data initiatives in terms of KPIs like revenue uplift, cost reductions, and process improvements. Conduct thorough assessments of existing data assets, processes, and capabilities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

The skills you bring:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in data strategy development, with a proven track record of successfully executing data value realization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, analytics methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
