At least 6 years of experience with a recognized organization(s) performing valuations of closely-held companies, equity/debt, intellectual property, and other intangibles, etc.
Previous experience of financial statement analysis is required. Understanding of USGAAP is preferred
Should have experience of conducting market research for one or more industries. Preferably understanding of US market.
Outstanding client service skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred knowledge of using analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Monte Carlo simulation software and CapitalIQ.
