About the Role

Concierto Hybrid Cloud Platform is a multi-cloud migration, hybrid cloud ops. and analytics platform that covers the entire cloud journey. Using Concierto Migrate- enterprises can do bulk migrations to AWS/Azure/GCP from on prem and also from any-cloud. Concierto Manage and Maximize allows IT to operate AWS/Azure/GCP/On Prem and Private clouds from one single console.

Concierto is ground-breaking creatinga new category opportunity (much like AWS and SFDC at their launch). Concierto is SaaS with a rapid deployment model (8 weeks); pre-integrated with infra management tools; hundreds of ready to use automations and pay-per-use models based on workloads migrated and managed. Concierto is what ServiceNow or BMC should have been. Concierto delivers migrations and hybrid cloud ops 40% faster;with 30% less headcount and 30% less costs.

We are looking for a Concierto Platforms business head who will be a conceptual thinker, who understands digital transformations very well. The ideal candidate would have grown from engineering into a sales leadership role, a highly disruptive software brand/growth expert who will take charge shape the Trianz software business globally. The Platforms BU leader will be responsible for vision, competitive and growth strategy, development of global sales teams, engineering and overall revenue and profit responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • The role will fully own all aspects of P&L of the Concierto BU including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, finance, and human resources. He/She will be responsible for farming/hunting new accounts through his CXO connects/relationship or through his Sales/Account Management team.
  • Evangelize the platform at scale globally.
  • Develop SW vision, customer and competitive positioning strategy, value propositions, launch strategies, plans and execution.
  • An exceptional expertise across all Cloud domains, including Apps, Infrastructure, and Security, particularly in Cloud Migrations and Expansion
  • Proficient in navigating the diverse landscape of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), as they will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Indirect Channel sales business.
  • Create a willingness for change within the team and empower the team's ability to deliver that
  • change.
  • Build very high-quality leadership teams and sales organizations for enterprise SW sales.
  • Up to date with the market trends and competitor products to align product road maps and sales forecasting.
  • Owning and driving customer relationships and CSAT

Education:

Engineering from IIT/BITS/REC and other premier institutions.
