We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our offerings and provide them with additional information.Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and relay this information to the relevant department.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our products and services.Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and sales progress.
