- Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Track project deliverables and ensure they are on time, and they are of good quality.
- Perform a fit gap analysis between the solution and local business requirements.
- Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives.
- Define conversion rules and ensure data quality.

- Solid understanding of SDLC as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles
- Lead end-to-end deployment, testing, security testing, and adherence to quality compliance and risk management.
- Work with regional business users and align their requirements with Global processes.
- Coordinate transition from development, testing and production environments, ensuring appropriate change tickets are created in ServiceNow, approved, and processed to meet deadlines.
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams (internal as well as external partnering team) across different locations.
- Coordinate regional business requirements with Global business team in San Diego.
- Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
- Experienced functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teams.
- Over 8 years of professional experience in SAP Production Planning. Minimum 2 end to end implementations in SAP Production Planning with various deployment options.
- Strong exposure to Production Planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Distribution planning, Shop floor control, Master data related to these cross functional applications.
- SAP integration knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, PLM, Quality Management, Costing, Variant Configuration, Sales Distribution
- Design, Build and configure SAP Production Planning to meet business process and application requirements.
- Should be able to independently work on SAP Production Planning configuration related activities and related project deliverables functional requirements, design documents, etc
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have S4 HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, S4-aATP and MS Project
- Should be able to drive discussion with the client and conduct workshops.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, writing software requirements, process modeling, and data mapping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully complete multiple projects with minimal supervision from the manager.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Preferred skills in ABAP program debugging and parsing ABAP code.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
- Consulting background a plus
