Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business System Analyst located in Pune. The Business System Analyst will be responsible for performing business systems analysis, conducting analytical tasks, and defining business requirements. They will also engage in systems analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective business processes. This position allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Help customers Implement, configure & customize business parameter changes
- problem troubleshooting and the provide workarounds for product defects/limitations
- Answer technical queries raised by the customers
- Provide dedicated support to specific account/customer ST/UAT/Production rollout/Upgrade/Migration
- etc
- Travel to customer site for on-site support and knowledge transfer, as required
- Gain in depth functional knowledge of a module/product by handling issues across different releases
- and of varied complexity. Participate in readiness activities for the new product versions being
- released
- Work closely with other application team
- Dedicated night shift on desk support
- Provide 24X7 on call support from home or office for production critical issues
- Develop and maintain Amdocs Knowledge base
- Contribute to BPM line, share and seek knowledge
- Review new deliverables and design specifications
