Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to support our 1st Level Business Support Team.

What you will be responsible for

As a Business Support Specialist you will

  • support the correct and efficient use of our MiddleOffice system SimCorp Dimension (SCD) and work together with the configuration units and the department across the board
  • support all types of business support requests across locations
  • support the operating units with inquiries and as 1-level support in the area of SCD
  • together with your colleagues, take care of the use, introduction and further development of suitable tools to ensure data integrity and to validate the efficient workflows of processes in the day-to-day business
  • What we appreciate

  • IT-affinity with organized and structured way of working
  • Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible way
  • Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Successfully completed banking training and/or completed studies with appropriate professional qualifications
  • Overall understanding of all relevant investment processes in a capital management company including the technologies and IT systems used
  • Sovereign handling of SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
  • Fluent English skills
