Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including email and calendar management, expense tracking, and travel coordination.
- Digital Tools Management:
- Implement and manage digital tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Metrics Dashboard Development:
- Create and maintain a dashboard of operational and productivity metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Project Management:
- Support the CEO in various projects, including research, presentations, and content creation.
- CRM Management:
- Monitor and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
