The Manager Business Analyst prepares analysis of business and ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from the client and internal perspective, ad-hoc reporting, and projects the monthly business reports. This role also provides support in helping management identify and understand the potential business impact of various business issues, opportunities, and decisions. This position prepares customer business reporting, analysis, and billing for a large, complex client base.
As a Manager, Business Analyst, you will
- Analyze patterns, recommending cost savings and productivity enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms.
- Identify areas where the client exceeds committed performance for renegotiation.
- Support internal customers by identifying areas to increase EBITDA.
- Maximize revenue through an accurate timely client billing process.
- Recommend opportunities to senior management for reducing expenses and increasing revenues based on the financial reviews for cost reduction.
- Review client data for trends in specific areas important to client or industry changes.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports according to deadlines and ensure data quality.
- Provide and support reporting for internal or client business plans.
- Develop reporting to analyze internal or client performance, SLAs, etc.
- Drive automation for report generation
About you
- You have a College, Associate, or University degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- You have travel industry experience
- Extensive experience as a business analyst (minimum of six years)
- Proficiency with SAP, word processing, and spreadsheets required
- Proficiency in SAP, ADS/Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel is preferred
