Job Overview:
Seeking an Account Executive in a B2B channel to spearhead the expansion of our Primebook laptop sales to educational institutes, schools, colleges, and NGOs. This role plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting products/services to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, results-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about the company's products/services, features, and benefits.
- Articulate product value propositions effectively to clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.
- Understand clients; business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and developments to better position offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product/service enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Advanced degrees may be preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in B2B sales, account management, or related roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
