Business Resilience Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Disaster Recovery and Business Resilience team on a short-term contract basis. This fully remote position will focus on developing and implementing business continuity plans (BCP) and conducting disaster recovery (DR) drills for our diverse client base.

The role requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of AWS / Azure / Google cloud technologies. Experience in BFSI / related sectors will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans for client organizations Coordinate and execute DR drills across multiple client locations

Assess client needs and provide recommendations for business resilience improvements

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure DR protocols align with business objectives

Document and regularly report on DR drill outcomes and BCP implementation progress

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented BCPs

Perform Business Impact Analysis based on observations from DR drills

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or related field

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Demonstrated experience in coordinating DR drills and developing BCPs

Working knowledge of cloud technologies and disaster recovery solutions

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, ABCP)

Role Type: Fixed term contract. Experienced candidates who would like to work part time also welcome.
