Job Description
We are looking for a Research Analyst for our team with at least 1 year of Experience:
Experience: 1 -3 Years
Location: Mohali, Work from Office
Shift: USA/UK Shift
Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or an MBA.
Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
Role And Responsibilities
Market and Competitor Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze competitors products, sales, and marketing strategies to inform business decisions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on market and competitor analysis.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to the development of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to management.
Assist in the formulation and implementation of business strategies based on market research.
Planning Development Activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development activities with business objectives.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
Validating Requirements
Work with stakeholders to validate business requirements through reviews, walkthroughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure requirements are met and aligned with business objectives.
Business Analysis Tools, Techniques, And Methodologies
Utilize business requirements definition and management techniques, such as creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design and model business processes to understand the current state, define the future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
Employ testing, trial, and validation techniques to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
Human-Centred Design Practices
Contribute to the development of service blueprints, wireframes, journey maps, and process maps/flows.
Communication
Clearly articulate ideas and findings in writing, speaking, and presenting.
Facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Problem-Solving
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to address complex business challenges.
Stakeholder Management
Effectively manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are met throughout project lifecycles.
Managing Ambiguity
Ability to analyze and document business processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Suite, SWOT analysis, and Google Docs.
Human-Centred Design Practices: Skilled in contributing to service blueprints, wireframes, journey maps, and process maps/flows.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in facilitating design workshops and walkthroughs.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior management and diverse audiences.
Managing Ambiguity: Capable of handling uncertainty and adapting to change.
