Job Summary:

This role is ideal for candidates with6 to 8 months of experiencein sales, marketing, or related fields, who have a knack for creating high-quality reports and proposals. As an intern, you will contribute to crafting comprehensive tender responses, assisting in winning new business opportunities by aligning proposals with client requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Development:Assist in creating and delivering high-quality proposals and tender documents that meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Content Creation:Write clear, persuasive, and well-structured content for reports, executive summaries, and tender proposals.
- Market Research:Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to support tender proposals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
- Compliance:Ensure all tender submissions meet legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance standards.
- Proposal Strategy:Support the development of winning strategies by identifying unique selling points and value propositions.
- Document Management:Help maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and standard content for efficient reuse.
- Feedback and Analysis:Review feedback on proposals and assist in refining the process for future submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Some experience in writing tender proposals, business reports, or similar documentation (6-8 months preferred).
- Strong command of written English, with excellent grammar and editing skills.
- Basic research and analysis skills to create compelling, fact-based content.
- Familiarity with tendering portals, procurement processes, or proposal management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles to align proposals with client needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exposure to government or large-scale corporate tenders is an advantage.
- Basic project management skills and attention to detail.
