Role Overview: The Business Project Manager and Performance Analyst is responsible for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring that the team's efforts consistently contribute to the organization's goals. This role oversees project management activities and monitors/report metrics on the performance of the SEO Specialist, Marketing and Branding Strategist, and Biotech and Regulatory Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize tasks across the multidisciplinary team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with team members.

Monitor progress of SEO optimization, marketing campaigns, and content creation initiatives.

Analyze performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, SEO rankings, campaign effectiveness) and prepare regular reports.

Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement based on performance data.

Facilitate regular meetings and communication to ensure team coordination and accountability.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Integration: The Project Manager will ensure that all activities across SEO, marketing, branding, content creation, and performance analysis are integrated and aligned with overall objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Regular monitoring and reporting on metrics will enable the team to make informed decisions and optimize strategies effectively.

Feedback and Improvement: By analyzing performance data, the Project Manager can provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of media presence, website traffic, content creation, and engagement strategies.
