We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Product Architect to evolve and create product that our customer would be using. As a Business Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role right from product inception to product Delivery , enhancing customer experience, enabling digital transformation, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Operations team and product teams. Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment:
o Define and execute product strategies that align with business / Operations objectives.
o Reviewing, analyzing, evaluating ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new products, that aligns with the business segments
o Create business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations and systems interoperate within the organization.
o Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
o Acts as a subject matter expert in the development of business architecture framework development.
o Leads Senior Management through the development of a business architecture plan across LOB. Evaluate and present information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with recommendations
o Partners with IT architecture team in developing an IT framework that aligns with the business plan
o Leads the effort to work with business leaders to identify business capability needs and prioritization.
o Work with Org GTM team in socializing the product across different forums.
Effective Communication:
o Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts and terminologies and ensure successful product Delivery .
Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
o Understand the needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
o Address conflicts constructively, fostering a positive work environment.
Technology Collaboration:
o Work closely with Delivery teams to design and implement effective solutions.
o Ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology.
Digital Transformation:
o Drive initiatives to enhance digital capabilities across the organization.
o Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
Business-Technology Alignment:
o Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams.
o Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements:
Total Experience: 10-12 years of work experience. the candidate must have worked in product development environment.
Education:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree Accounting- M.ComB.ComBBABA CS.
Financial Accounting Domain:
o Mandatory experience in financial accounting domain and related products.
o Experience in Working on Financial Software (E2E accounting) is a must
o Should have worked in Global market ( Mainly NA & Europe) and should be aware of Finance Regulations and process.
o Preferably, experience in property management and real estate accounting
