Requirements:
- Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories and features) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
- Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through: business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
- Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.

- Coordinate with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
- Stay current on competitive trends/threads and identify opportunities to beat market expectations.
- Coach, mentor, and support other product analysts. Communicate effectively, manage conflict among team members, and remove impediments.
- Assists with strategic planning, business capability, value stream, and business process representations needed to model current and target state views of the business.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision:
- Interact with business partners and/or its staff to gather and document information related to requirements and/or software testing.
- Gather information from multiple sources and independently sorts medium to high complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.
- Lead project activities through meeting facilitation, managing, project scope and communicating progress.
- Analyze business processes and associate them to software deliverables.
- Draft and review documentation in compliance with the FedEx global development process.
- Develop and/or maintain a business model that reflects current processes and business rules.
- Provide and/or consolidate input to scoping and impact analysis for future deliverables.
- Performs the role of scrum master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives of complex programs/release trains, while following RAPID / RAPID DevSecOps compliance requirements.
- Facilitates sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives.
- Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
- Provides status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources, and milestone delivery.
- Supports and educates product owners, especially regarding developing, refining and managing product backlog.
- Provides coaching of team members, product owners, product development team, other scrum masters and PM community.
- Demonstrates strong mediation and negotiation skills.
- Applies QDM to their work and that of their scrum team and ART.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience Considered a Plus:
- Certified SAFe Product Owner / Scrum Master / Manager or higher (SPC) is Mandatory
