Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product.
Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manage program effectiveness against target metrics.
Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements information.
Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
Open / Ready to learn a new tool as needed and take part in implementing Proof of Concept (PoC).
Skills Required:
Safe - Scaled Agile Frameworks
Responsible for Product Roadmaps, User Stories, Use cases, Deliverables, and technical translation from Business.
Logistics domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Sales technology, and a large amount of data exposure are helpful.
Sequencing and Solutions
Any Agile / Quality / Project management certifications are an added advantage.
Growing to be a Lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Three (3) years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
