nRole Purpose:

nThe Business Process Analyst is part of the Optimization, Enablement and Governance. We work with our stakeholders (customers, distributor Partner, country teams and Business Process Owners) to lead process optimization and enhancement followed by Continuous Improvement and potential Automation. We manage stakeholder and customer experience on every interaction and reduce transactional efforts by efficient processes which help to expedite issue resolution and enhance ease of doing business with us.

nAnalyse, plans and implements process improvement needs. Evaluate and model existing processes. Organise, leads and facilitate projects. Identify improvement options. Develop metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify cause problems. Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Manage resources, including cross-functional members, to implement projects. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploy plans from conception through to close. Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.

nExperience and Education:
n
- nFull-time Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
- nMinimum 2-5 years of experience as Business Process Analyst.
- nExpertise with SAP CRM, ERP, ECC.
- nKnowledge in MS Office suite and other productivity applications.
- nAlternative positioning.
- nAnalytical and conceptual expertise.
- nAbility to work within guardrails.
- nDesired - CI & Lean Awareness.
