What we are looking for:

Role: Business Presentations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Presentation Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond design; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can create engaging, well-structured business presentations, pitch decks, and proposals that effectively communicate our portfolio companies value propositions. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of content strategy, information flow, and brand tonality while being proficient in tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and other content creation platforms.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 2-3 years

What youll do:

• Content Creation and Structuring-Develop compelling content for business presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and other related materials. Ensure that all information is presented clearly and concisely with a strong logical flow.
• Research and Insights- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data, insights, and information that enhance the content quality. Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives and visuals.
• Design and Visualization-Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and other design software to create visually appealing presentations that align with Turbostart's brand guidelines and the specific tone of various portfolio companies.
• Adaptability to Different Tones and Styles-Craft content that matches the diverse brand voices of our portfolio companies, from formal and corporate to creative and innovative.
• Collaboration and Communication-Work closely with the Turbostart team, portfolio companies, and stakeholders to understand their goals and tailor presentations accordingly. Provide guidance on content strategy and storytelling.
• Quality Assurance-Review and edit presentations to ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in creating business presentations, pitch decks, proposals, or similar materials.
• Strong ability to think strategically about content, structure, and flow of information.
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT, with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and the ability to translate complex data into concise, compelling content.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style based on different brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
