- Planning, management, and promotion of annual, medium- and long-term business plans, KPI analysis, and planning, management, and promotion for improvement of business profitability
- Budgeting and actual performance management.
- Daily communication with the head office, submission of reports, and consensus-building on key issues.
- Management of management meetings and other important meetings.
- Develop key measures and plans based on in-depth market analysis/forecasts and business plans, and promote the achievement of targets through performance analysis and customer analysis.
- Cost-benefit analysis of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate and propose improvement measures to increase profitability.
- Promote alliances with group companies and external companies.
- Propose and promote new business creation.
- Prepare various materials for management and report on them.
- Improvement of operational quality (e.g., operational efficiency improvement using in-house DX).
- Project promotion for special assignments (e.g., promotion of M&A).
- Formulation and review of internal control and authority regulations, etc.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Experience in corporate planning, business planning, management assistance, or other departments involved in the company's business operations.
- Able to clarify and share goals, involve others, and demonstrate leadership to achieve a common understanding of issues and plans.

- Ability to lead business growth from a financial perspective, with strength in information gathering, data analysis, and numerical management skills based on management accounting.
