Job Description
Business Partner MIS & Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end Sales & Analytics for Institutional business (IBT) of Dr. Reddy's Global Generics India Business. A driving force in leading Budgeting , Planning & Forecast Analysis along all MIS reporting for the channel.
Job Responsibilities / Duties
- Design effective budget model for overall IBT and it's channels ( HospiBiz, InstiBiz & RetailBiz)
- Preparation of thorough Sales Plan & Financials analysing key KPIs, revenues, NRV & Gross Contribution% to ensure all variables are accounted
- Support sales leaders in target setting for filed basis previous data & business developments
- Analysis & preparation of water falls to explain variance between actuals vs Budget & planning cycles.
- Driving management business review deck & key KPIs circulation to leadership
- Ensure timely supply of information through flash reports, sales binders & dashboard for internal stakeholders
- Preparation of M+6 sales forecast plan to supply chain
- Identify and recommend strategies resulting in business growth for IBT
- Development of Dashboard that include business models, charts, and other data visuals that faciliate better decision making
- Growth rate analysis at Brand/Division/Cluster level and Head Quarter level
Skills
- Prior experience in partnering business / experience of working closely with Senior leadership
- Commendable skills in excel & power point preparation ( exp in VBA's will be added advantage )
- Ability of multi-tasking with various stakeholders and adherence to tight business deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Growth mindset & ability to transform data management & analytics
- Best in class data analytics solutions and visualizations using tableau & other BI tools
Qualifications
Educational qualification - bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum work experience- 5-7 years of work experience in institutional sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

- Proven track record of success in institutional sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the institutional healthcare landscape, including hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and group purchasing organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events and conferences.
