- VMS Integration & Audit:
- Integrate and maintain VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to streamline processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with VMS guidelines.
- Identify and resolve any VMS-related issues or errors.
- Proactive Reporting:
- Generate timely and accurate reports on timesheets, expenses, and audits.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Deadline Adherence:
- Strictly adhere to all deadlines and cut-offs for timesheets (payroll), expenses, and other deliverables.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate effectively with Indian contractors and clients to address their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
