- Total experience required 5 to 7 Years.
- Hands-on experience working & leading on Asset management, Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), Change management, Incident management.
- Should be able to Lead and Manage related calls with relevant stakeholders.
- Has some financial background and is good with numbers Should be excellent with MS Excel.
- Has decent written and verbal communication skills.
- Open to learning and working on new tools /technologies and keen for growth.
- Also, some hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Wiki tools would be preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS (basic) and Project management will be an added advantage.
What will your job look like
You will:
- Be responsible for several cross unit processes/practices. Proactively provide integrative view and analysis of the various business aspects across unit/project(s) to enable better decisions making, build predictive routines and promotes risks mitigation.
- Identify & highlight trends/key issues and present results, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans in the domains under your responsibility. Be responsible for the execution of business improvement initiatives, internal/strategic project Perform audits/reviews, proactively identify challenges/opportunities and extract lessons-learned to achieve business goals.
- Streamline work processes & demonstrate industry leading practices and standards across the unit/projects. Interface and work with business analysts and information system focal points.
- Work collaboratively and serve as a trusted advisor to the unit's partner's and other functions, providing crucial business operational support/consultancy ensuring that the business and operations of the unit are running on the specified cadence, adding value to unit's leadership discussions, operational discussions, etc.
