- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop, optimize and monitor different KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operations.
- Provide leadership, training and guidance to the operations team, fostering excellence.
- Mentor team members to achieve a high performing team
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure a superior level of service and satisfaction.
- Plan and organise daily work schedules to efficiently manage existing customers and convert new leads.
- Perform all job duties in an office-based setting with no travel required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Leadership experience and active involvement in college clubs, events, or co-curricular activities will be a strong plus.
