Job Description


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop, optimize and monitor different KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operations.
  • Provide leadership, training and guidance to the operations team, fostering excellence.
  • Mentor team members to achieve a high performing team
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure a superior level of service and satisfaction.
  • Plan and organise daily work schedules to efficiently manage existing customers and convert new leads.
  • Perform all job duties in an office-based setting with no travel required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Leadership experience and active involvement in college clubs, events, or co-curricular activities will be a strong plus.
