Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in retail management, with 5 years of experience in franchise operations.
- Experience working with global technology brands in the computer hardware or consumer electronics sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Ability to achieve significant market share growth in engaged markets.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling franchise businesses in India.

The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Chromebook franchise strategy for India. Oversee the pilot program in Delhi and Bengaluru, ensuring successful execution.
- Create comprehensive training programs for franchises and their staff, develop standardized operational processes and guidelines for franchise stores. Analyze pilot results and refine the franchise model for nationwide rollout.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies and manage franchise financials, including royalty collection and profitability analysis. Establish and maintain relationships with franchises, providing ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for franchise operations and identify and evaluate potential franchises for network expansion. Manage a team of franchise support staff and field representatives.
- Monitor market trends and activities, adapting strategy as needed. Develop and track KPIs for franchise performance and customer satisfaction, and report on franchise business performance to senior leadership.
