- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, HR tech, or Edtech operations.
- User-First Mindset: Energetic and driven by the challenge of solving complex problems with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in corporate productivity tools (G-Suite, Asana, Notion, Airtable, etc.) and web presentation tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organization, self-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Process-Oriented: A mindset focused on processes with a strong ability to get things done.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate current processes and implement changes to scale operations and enhance user experience.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Draft and enforce SOPs for various processes, ensuring compliance and effective workflow implementation.
- Client Management: Handle 2-3 clients simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance product offerings and effectively communicate new features.
- Insight Documentation: Identify and document unique insights to support product scale-up and implementation.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, managing and escalating project issues and risks appropriately.
- Report Sharing: Prepare and share division-level reports with Divisional Heads.
- User Engagement: Conduct user check-ins, covering at least 10 users per week to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
