As the Business Operations Manager at Synapx, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various business units. You will support a broad range of operational activities and initiatives, working across the business to drive success and improve processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, with a can-do attitude, ready to take on diverse tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of business operations experience, ideally within a company in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with software tools, such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is beneficial.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding teams, excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Clear and effective communicator, capable of conveying information to various audiences, can present updates and insights professionally.
- A proactive person with a can-do attitude and eager to take on new tasks and challenges with enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges with ability to implement effective solutions to improve business processes.
- Experience working on and enhancing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency Enhancements:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across business units.
- Monitor and optimise workflows to ensure seamless operations.
Talent Support:
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Enhance employee experience by addressing concerns, facilitating training, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Document Management and Finance Support:
- Support contract management, document storage, and financial planning activities.
Office Maintenance:
- Oversee office maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Event Execution:
- Handle logistics and planning of company-wide events.
- Plan business-related events to engage future employees, support learning initiatives, and attract potential clients.
