We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst, Associate responsible to support business and sales operations activities in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Operations Support -
Creation of accounts to onboard new accounts/customers in Salesforce
Initiate NDAs, Contracts new/renewal requests with customers and manage end to end process and ongoing tracking.
Coordinate end to end and track progress for customer order shipments with internal logistics, supply chain team, global operations team.
Customer quote generation in support from business teams
Distributor pipeline updates and coordinate for pricing and approvals
Adhoc activities support from time to time.
Reporting and Analysis -
Coordinating with business teams to regular updates in system for opportunity pipeline and report on weekly/fortnightly basis
Report backlog, opportunity pipeline, shipments on weekly basis.
Support business teams in market analysis and forecasting process for all business (Mobile, Auto, IoT)
Support business teams in PowerPoint presentation for market analysis, executive presentation, competitive analysis etc.
Adhoc activities support from time to time.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years relevant industry experience in business operations / supply chain / market research roles.
Excellent Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.
Education Requirements :
Bachelors / master s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
