Role Description

Business Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Shriram Life Insurance in Kanpur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team of agents, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and implementing business strategies to drive growth. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
