This full-time, on-site role of Business Manager Sales is based in the dynamic city of Delhi and around. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, driving day-to-day activities
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Develop action plans and schedules to target potential clients and manage lead generation.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated from field activities.
- Identify sales prospects and establish connections with other assigned accounts.
- Maintain and update sales materials and product knowledge.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate service delivery with the office team.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare reports on activities, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
- Share insights on new product and service opportunities and customer feedback.
