Business Growth Strategy:
- Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Cost proposal help for designated programmes and development of price research and pricing strategy.
- To help with the running & compilation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, collect financial and operational data along with comparison between forecast and achieved results.
- Create and construct deal criteria, deal templates, and deal forms.
- Maintain the efficient delivery chain until the order get delivered to client.
- Tracking pre-order activities and post order activities like PO, Invoice, quotation etc.
Organization Operational Efficiency:
- Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
- Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Establish a plan, gather resources, mobilize, and carry out the actual delivery.
